Yesterday we reported that according to a survey conducted by Naver in South Korea, it was found that Apple’s iPhone beat out Samsung and LG devices in South Korea with regards to customer satisfaction levels. Well it looks like Apple is beating Samsung again and this time it is with tablets in the form of the Cupertino company’s iPad. According to the National Consumer Satisfaction Index
As it stands the iPad managed to achieve 74% satisfaction and this was helped with the introduction of the iPad mini which offered a cheaper and smaller alternative, along with the fact that Apple has strong ecosystem of apps and services, and according to Betanews, it helped that the iPad’s construction quality was good along with its “rich user touch experience”. While Android tablets are certainly no slouch when it comes to hardware performance, for the most part most Android tablets have never been as popular as the iPad, with a few notable exceptions such as Amazon’s Kindle Fire, Google’s Nexus 7, and ASUS’ series of Transformer Pad tablets.
