Hasselblad Stellar Camera Officially Revealed

Yesterday we reported that the Hasselblad Stellar camera had its photos leaked ahead of its 26^th July announcement, and now it seems that Hasselblad has decided to open up the website for the camera as well, giving us a good look at the device with higher-res images and details. No word on the pricing of the camera just yet, but as we had reported yesterday, the camera could cost anywhere between $1,600-$3,200 depending on your choice of grip.

For those unfamiliar, the Hasselblad Stellar is essentially the Sony RX100 but with a different design, and one of its marketing points would be how the camera grip can be customized. This means that photographers will be able to choose from a variety of exotic woods, and we guess the more exotic the wood, the more expensive the camera will cost. Apart from that the Hasselblad Stellar is expected to feature the same 28-100mm Zeiss-branded zoom lens along with a 20MP 1”-type sensor.
