ZTE Grand S Flex And ZTE Blade G To Roll Out Later In 2013
When ZTE first introduced the ZTE Grand S in January earlier this year, it was touted to be the thinnest smartphone in the world at a mere 6.9mm. Of course, it was late last month when we brought you word that the ZTE Grand S would not see action in the US until next year, which would certainly make it obsolete by any means by then. Not only that, there is another downside to the ZTE Grand S, which would be its non-removable 1,780 mAh battery. ZTE does seem as though they want to remedy that particular situation with an upgraded version of the Grand S, which would be known as the ZTE Grand S Flex where it is accompanied by a 2,300 mAh battery. Of course, the suffix “Flex” in there does not mean it will come with a flexible display or anything of that sort, and Frandroid claims the ZTE Grand S Flex will be available in France from September onwards.
Another future smartphone from the folks over at ZTE would be the Blade G, which will continue pushing the Blade series’ fame, where it sports a 4.5” display with 854 x 480 pixels, a dual-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm processor, 512MB RAM, and a 2,000 mAh battery, where it is tipped for a release later this summer. ZTE fans sure have plenty to look forward to, no?
