As far as its specs are concerned, for those who might have forgotten, the WG-3 will come with a f/2.0 aperture wide-angle lens with 4x optical zoom, a back-illuminated 16MP CMOS sensor, and Pentax’s sensor-shift Shake Reduction which should help with high-quality and low-noise photos. However given its design, it is obvious that its selling point is its ruggedness with the ability to survive dunks in the pool, drops, and also the ability to withstand 220 foot pounds of force. To top it off, it also appears to sport a pretty unique design. You can expect to pick up the white Pentax WG-3 sometime in July for $299.95.
