There have been quite a few rumors about the PS4 release date. A couple of days back we heard that Sony’s latest console might be released on November 26th. Just yesterday it was reported that perhaps PS4 is coming out on November 21st. Now it seems like a European retailer has accidentally revealed the PS4 release date, which apparently is November 13th. That’s right around the holiday shopping frenzy.
A Media Markt poster, for those who don’t know its a retailer, has been spotted in Amsterdam which lists the PS4 release date. Sony has already confirmed that its new console will be released around Christmas, though it is yet to reveal an exact release date. However regarding the poster, Sony says that its speculation and that the launch is scheduled for “Holiday 2013.” Even if this poster is listing the release date for Europe, it can be presumed that the U.S. launch will take place around the same time as well. Amazon has already sold out of “launch edition” PS4 pre-order units, its the edition that customers will receive on the day this console is released. Though its now offering various bundles with release day guarantee. [Image via mcvuk]
