The past week has seen Microsoft’s Windows 8.1 make plenty of headlines for itself, and we did come up with a piece that was pretty comprehensive as to what Windows 8.1 would be able to deliver in terms of improvements and features. Well, I guess the time is now ripe for the Redmond, Washington company to reveal a bunch of other new business and enterprise features which will be included when Windows 8.1 arrives. What better way to do that than to roll out a new webpage which is specially devoted to Windows 8.1?
Do be forewarned that the preview page itself would be pretty hefty when it comes to photos and graphics, so if you are an information-heavy kind of person, you might end up to be rather disappointed. Still, there is a link here that would lead those who are interested to a “What’s New in Windows 8.1” page, where it would carry a whole lot more information concerning a free upgrade. Microsoft has plans to roll out the free preview version of Windows 8.1 that will be accompanied by a preview build of Windows Embedded 8.1 Industry as well as a new update to Windows RT this coming June 26, although you can expect a final release to roll out later this year.
