With the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 expected to be revealed sometime later this year, we have to wonder if ASUS might be slightly late to the game with their own phablet, the ASUS FonePad Note which was recently announced during Computex 2013. In any case we expect that ASUS has their fair share of fans who might prefer their products, not to mention pricing could also play a big factor in helping customers make up their minds as to which brand to go for. So what does ASUS have to offer in the FonePad Note?
Well for starters users can look forward to a phone with a 6” Full HD 1080p display, which is also powered by a dual-core Intel Atom Z2560 clocked at 1.6GHz. It will be accompanied by 2GB of RAM, an 8MP rear-facing camera, a 1.2MP front-facing camera, front-facing speakers similar to the HTC One, and interestingly it too comes bundled with a stylus, much like what Samsung has done with the Galaxy Note and the S Pen. Naturally there will be software preinstalled that will make use of the stylus. Pricing and availability have yet to be determined, but what do you guys think?
