Vizio MT11X-A1 Windows 8 Tablet Arrives At The FCC
The Vizio MT11X-A1 might not sound familiar at all to you, but what this device is would be a Windows 8-powered tablet, and it has already hit the FCC, which means it is not too far away from being released to the mass market. The Vizio MT11X-A1 (can’t they just have given it a far simpler name to pronounce and remember?) will be an 11.6” tablet that will boast of an AMD Z-60 Hondo processor, where it first showed up at CES earlier this year, finally making its way to the FCC website at last.
What we do know about the Vizio MT11X-A1 back in January was this, it ran on a 1GHz AMD Z-60 Hondo dual-core processor, had 2GB RAM that was accompanied by 64GB of internal memory, in addition to a Full HD display at 1920 x 1080 resolution. It tips the scales at approximately 1.7 pounds and measures around 0.4” thick. Will a Full HD display save it from the sense of mediocrity that folks might have considering the brand name that carries the MT11X-A1 is not exactly at the top of most people’s minds when they think of tablets? Only time will tell.
