Nokia announced its Lumia 928 would be making its way to Verizon starting on May 16 for $100 with a two-year agreement last week and it looks like that’s kind of half true as the device is now available to purchase on Verizon’s website, but it won’t be in your hands for a couple of days.
When ordering the Nokia Lumia 928 online, customers will be met with a message saying the device will be delivered “by May 20.” Verizon has yet to give any official word as to why its shipments of the Lumia 928 have been slightly delayed, but we’re sure those of you who were looking forward to the device can wait for four days in order to get your hands on it.
The Nokia Lumia 928 is a slight improvement over the Lumia 920 as it shares its 8MP PureView rear-facing camera along with its Xenon flash, but it improves a number of specs such as its 4.5-inch display with a resolution of1280 x 768, LTE connectivity, Nokia HERE!, NFC, 1GB of RAM, a dual-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm processor, 32GB of RAM and a 2,000 mAh battery.
