Improved Hulu Plus Experience Arrives

From today onwards, folks who own select Samsung Smart TVs, Blu-ray players, and Roku set top boxes in their living rooms ought to be able to enjoy a new and improved Hulu Plus experience, although owners of the Nintendo Wii console will have to wait for a little while more. This improved user experience is made possible courtesy of Hulu’s engineering team at their Seattle office working round the clock, hoping that the little changes here and there made would help enhance and refine the user experience.

For starters, the new Hulu Plus experience allows one to enjoy their favorite shows and summer entertainment, ranging from Hulu original to exclusive shows, via your favorite living room devices (as long as they are part of the repertoire listed above, of course). Some of the changes introduced into the update include larger and more vivid artwork for easier navigation, a tray-style format so that you can scroll through recommendations, popular shows and movies, top 100 clips, movie trailers and a new “Shows You Watch” feature which brings you to the latest episodes of the shows that you are a regular fan of. Search has also been improved, so you should be able to locate content easily with the results garnered, while playback has been simplified with clean and intuitive controls. [Press Release]
