I am quite sure that the announcement concerning the high end HTC One smartphone which will run on a stock Android operating system still remains fresh in your mind. Touted to be a smartphone that offers “with Nexus Experience”, it was then announced to run on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean as the operating system version of choice. While subsequent software updates provided by Google have been promised, here we are with relatively reliable information that the HTC One Nexus Edition will be on the receiving end of the Android 4.3 operating system update sometime later this year.
This bit of information was made privy by trustworthy HTC ROM developer LlabTooFeR, where it claims that the One Nexus Edition will receive the Android 4.3 operating system update within a few weeks after it is released. Considering how the HTC One Nexus Edition will be on sale from June 26 onwards in the US, the possibility of Android 4.3 rolling out is most likely happening this coming July.
