Blackberry Q10 Sells Out In 90 Minutes At Selfridges
While the Blackberry Z10 is certainly one of the ways the Blackberry has attempted to win over new customers with, long-time Blackberry users and loyalists are probably more familiar and more used to the company’s traditional QWERTY devices, which is why we can’t say that we’re too surprised to learn (via Seeking Alpha) that the Blackberry Q10 has managed to sell out in 90 minutes over at Selfridges! According to the report, about 2,000 units were available at Selfridges which managed to sell out in 90 minutes, with claims that employees had to keep bringing out new stock by the basket load in order to meet the demand. Of course this is just one retailer and we’re not sure what other retailers are experiencing, but this is probably good news for Blackberry, and might keep the naysayers quiet who believe that QWERTY devices may no longer be relevant.
