Stop The Cyborgs Is An Anti-Google Glass Site

We already know that a Seattle Dive Bar has already issued a ban on the yet unreleased Google Glass, but how about this – a site known as “Stop The Cyborgs”, which does not identify its creator or associates, rolled out last week, where the manifesto in question was specially designed to inform the masses that the possible lack of privacy that entails with the proliferation of Google Glass.

When you check out its About page, the main idea behind the site has been described as a “response to the Google Glass project and other technology trends”, with the intention to “stop a future in which privacy is impossible and corporate control total.” Of course, it is not all just empty talk and venom as perceived by some, with majority of the attention concentrating on issues of cloud data privacy concerns, as well as the dangers of being photographed by anyone with a pair of Google Glass. The world is definitely watching, will you be there to jump aboard the Google Glass bandwagon when it rolls into town?
