So, what is it about Battlefield 4 that we know so far? Well, first we have managed to get hold of 17 minutes of spectacular gameplay footage recently, and apart from that, we do know that Battlefield 4 will give the Nintendo Wii U a miss, instead appearing on the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 platforms, in addition to plans for next generation console debuts, too. Well, here is one more bit about Battlefield 4 that will certainly have fans hanging their tongues out in excitement – it seems that the game itself will come with at least one DLC (downloadable content) sometime down the road.
There so happened to be a leaked promotional image for Battlefield 4 which was spotted, where it teased a “Drone Strike Expansion Pack” piece of DLC which will arrive alongside pre-orders. This special DLC bonus, in addition to the game, are tipped to arrive later this fall, which is still a relatively long time away if you are a rabid fan who does not rank patience high up on your list of personal virtues.
