Microsoft Gets The Last Word In For Internet Explorer 10 For Windows 7
Microsoft has just released the final version of Internet Explorer 10 (IE10) for Windows 7, where it will play nice with 95 languages worldwide. This is the final (non-test) build of Internet Explorer 10 for Windows 7, and you can always head on to the Microsoft Download Center if some of the other external links that you come across do not work. For those who are not that pro-active in getting the latest version of software for your machine, Microsoft intends to roll out automatic updates for users with Windows 7 Service Pack 1 and/or Windows Server 2008 R2 and higher in the coming weeks.
IE10 will be the latest version of IE, where it comes bundled with Windows 8 and Windows RT. IE10 for Windows 7 is slightly different this time around, as it will be optimized for touch first, and the URL bar will remain at the top of the screen instead of the bottom. Also, similar to the Windows RT/Windows 8 version, IE10 for Windows 7 also sports the Do Not Track (DNT) signal that remains turned on by default so that users will not have their online activities and behavior tracked. Bear in mind that the IE10 release today will not play nice with Windows Vista and Windows XP platforms.
