Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean On The Way
At last, we are one step closer to Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie, with word that there is a new Jelly Bean version in the pipeline, namely the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update. In fact, it was just last week when Google employees were said to be testing out Android 4.2.2 which contains far more than just simple enhancements and bug fixes. There was reliable inside information to point out that Google employees who owned Nexus devices, where these include the Nexus 4, Nexus 7 and the Nexus 10, in addition to the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, were all able to give Android 4.2.2 a test run, where it was more than welcome to try out popular apps.
The Samsung Galaxy Nexus that you see on the right runs on Android 4.2.2, and so far it is said that there has been no drastic changes made to the operating system and user interface, with minimal alterations done to security and bugs. Will Android 4.2.2 be the last of the Jelly Bean updates before Google will finally roll out Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie to the masses?
