Photoshop Touch for phones will introduce the concept of layers, which is capped at just three whenever you perform editing at maximum resolution, while there will also be the hugely popular Scribble Selection feature that allows you to make use of imprecise finger selection in order to pick out precise parts of a picture. Not only that, you will also be able to take advantage of other features such as filters, paint strokes sharing and other components that are the heart and soul of Photoshop Touch. Photoshop Touch will retail for $4.99 regardless of whether you pick it up from the App Store or Google Play, and is compatible with the iPhone 4S or later, 5th gen iPod touch or Android phones which are powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and above.
