Sony Xperia Z And ZL Could Come With Display Calibration Software
While for the most part, the displays on your smartphones look pretty good, we’re sure that there are some users out there who wish to have more control over their smartphone’s display apart from adjusting its brightness. According to a leaked screenshot, it looks like display calibration could be a feature that Sony will be introducing to their Xperia line of Android handsets in the future, although we’re not sure if this will be reserved only for their new phones or if it will be part of a software update for their entire lineup. As you can see in the image above, this will allow users to adjust the white balance, saturation and hue and tweak it until you get a display that you’re comfortable with. For the most part I think that people are more or less satisfied with the factory settings, but at the same time there are probably users out there who would enjoy a bit more control over their device. I have heard that there are tweaks out there that already allow users to calibrate their devices, but we guess Sony is trying to make things a little easier by including this software.
