Lenovo says that the hinges and hinge brackets have also been strengthened to survive the numerous times students will open and close the laptop.
The ThinkPad X131e Chromebook sports an 11.6-inch display with a 1366 x 768 resolution. It is powered by an Intel processor. Other features include three USB ports, Wi-Fi connectivity, and a battery that can reportedly last for a day. Lenovo says that the ThinkPad X131e Chromebook will be available beginning February 26th. Pricing is unknown.
