If you’re looking forward to some new Alpha goodies from Sony, it seems that come CES 2013 more will be revealed. This was seemingly confirmed by Ned Namura, head of Sony Hawaii, who was quoted as saying, “We’re going to be making some major announcements at the upcoming Winter Consumer Electronics Show. We will be showing a lot of other technologies, not just the Bravia Television, but advancements with the Play Station, also in Sony Pictures, and also in the Alpha Series cameras.” Considering that CES is one of the largest electronics expos around, we guess it’s not surprising that Sony might have some new products planned, although we wouldn’t have been surprised if Sony had chosen to reveal their Alpha products at Photokina as an alternative.
