Samsung Galaxy Note 2 firmware is now available
If you happen to be a mobile app developer and have an extremely soft spot for the Android ecosystem, then you might be interested to hear that the firmware for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has arrived on an official basis, being set for France and the United Kingdom first where presumably, other countries would also be able to receive their own versions at a later period. This makes plenty of sense, as majority of the other countries will receive shipments of the Galaxy Note 2 from the beginning of this month onwards, while one of the most lucrative markets, the US, will need to wait for an additional month after that.
Depending on who you talk to, the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 will be priced somewhere between the 600 and 700 Euros mark, and those who have an obsession with collecting items and devices might be interested to hear that the Galaxy Note 2 will arrive in a couple of variants – the LTE version (GT-N7105) and the non-LTE version (GT-N7100). This firmware update also allegedly fixes the split screen issue.
