CyanogenMod announces 4.1.2 nightlies

Google was seen releasing a minor update to their Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system, calling it Android 4.1.2, where it was made available to the Nexus 7 tablet and the Android Open Source Project mirrors. Having said that, the folks over at CyanogenMod certainly did not waste any time and have ensured that the changes introduced in Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean has already made their way to the operating system’s nightly builds.

It must be noted that the second CyanogenMod “M Series” build which was originally due to be released this week clashed with the 4.1.2 release, so Cyanogen himself decided to postpone the M Series build for another week at the minimum in order to consolidate the remainder of the changes. This should not be too much of an issue, as good things always come to those who wait, although it must be noted that some folks do want to switch over to M Series builds which are touted to be more stable instead of relying on nightlies.
