Less than a week ago, we reported that the iPhone 5’s pre-order shipping times had slipped to 1-2 weeks, no doubt due to the fact that the iPhone 5’s pre-order of 2 million units were sold out in record time. Well, it seems that those of you who placed a pre-order for your iPhone 5 recently might be disappointed to know that shipping times had been further pushed back to 3-4 weeks, meaning you will still be able to enjoy some iOS 6 goodness on-the-go right before Halloween. Sounds crazy, doesn’t it? Well, at least those folks who are lining up for the new iPhone 5 at least four days before the official release at the Apple Store in New York City might not have lost their marbles after all.
