Xiaomi MI-ONE S hits 200,000 sales mark
It was just last week that Chinese Android smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi announced an upcoming handset known as the MI-TWO, the first smartphone to carry a Snapdragon S4 Pro chipset alongside a quad-core Krait processor as well as an Adreno 320 GPU. That sounds like a whole lot of firepower to begin with, and not only that, Xiaomi also took the opportunity to announce the Mi-One S, which is an updated version of its original smartphone which managed to perform rather well in the domestic Chinese market, selling 3.5 million units in the process.
The Xiaomi Mi-One S phone did not disappoint pundits though, where it actually sold 200,000 units in under 30 minutes, talk about being a hot cake! In fact, 1.1 million more Mi-One S phones in total were pre-ordered, making me wonder just what all the fuss about this handset is about. The Mi-One S does seem to be a decent handset, considering the 190 Euros price tag which is attached to it. Would you want to import one?
