Sony Xperia SL spotted in silver edition

Yesterday, we did mention about Sony’s Xperia SL appearing in two new colors, and today, more photos of the upcoming Xperia SL from Sony has surfaced online. Needless to say, what you see above is the pick of the entire bunch, as the rest are more of angled shots of the handset which do not show off the phone completely in its silver glory. The images were sent over to GSM Arena courtesy of an anonymous tipster, where the silver livery is extremely prominent.

Not only that, here is a quick refresher course for those who are wondering just what the Sony Xperia SL offers underneath the hood – we are looking at a speedier 1.7GHz dual-core processor that ups the ante compared to the 1.5GHz Xperia S, but apart from that, everything else should more or less remain the same. If going silver is not your cup of tea, there is always a pink version for you to consider. Those who own the Sony Xperia S, would you be tempted to make a handset upgrade simply for the new color and slightly faster processor, or does your Xperia S serve you just fine at this point in time?
