Olympus Unveils Flagship Compact Camera: Stylus SP-820UZ iHS with 40X Optical Zoom
The 22.4 mm lens (equivalent to 22.4- 896mm on a 35mm camera) offers a super-wide angle which is great for shooting panoramas and urban photography. The camera looks great for high speed video capture, featuring 240 fps HSQVGA video recording alongside 1080p full HD video capture.
Other features includes a 14-Megapixel CMOS sensor, Dual Image Stabilization and Multi-Motion Movie Image Stabilization, enhanced audio recording, 3.0-inch LCD 460K display, and HDMI output.
The Olympus SP-820UZ iHS will be available in silver and black in September, 2012, for $399.
It will ship with a Camera Strap, Protective Lens Cap, USB Cable, Audio/Video Cable, 4 AA Batteries, Quick Start Guide, Instruction Manual, OLYMPUS Software CD-ROM and a Warranty Card.
