Any avid PS3 gamer knows that the Infamous series and God of War series are two of the most successful and fun exclusive series for PS3. If you have never played a game in either of the series, wait until August 28th to buy them as both series will have their own respective bundle packages for a meager $40.
The God of War collection includes the original God of War, God of War II, God of War III, God of War: Chains of Olympus, and God of War: Ghost of Sparta. The God of War Saga pack also includes some exclusive bonus content as well as a one month voucher for a PlayStation Plus trial voucher. All games in the pack have been remastered in high definition and will include trophy support and 3D support for the God of War: Origins games(Ghost of Sparta and Chains of Olympus).
The Infamous collection includes Infamous, Infamous 2, and the DLC add on Infamous: Festival of Blood. Also included in the pack is extra missions, more character costumes, power-ups, and weapon styles.
Sony also mentioned that select games of both series would be available for purchase individually on the PSN, but didn’t mention any info on pricing. Both series as well as the Ratchet & Clank series will be available on August 28th for $40 at select retail stores and on PSN.
