Merging iBike’s patented power measurement and analysis technologies with automatically-adjusting, goal-oriented cycling plans, your iPhone and iPod touch will end up as your personal digital trainer, where you choose your goal-based plan that range from “iSlim,” “CycleMax,” “Express Fitness,” “Brazilian Butt,” “Weekend Warrior,” and “Zero to 20 miles” amongst others, and you will be guided through a bunch of 45-90 minute bike rides. Individual rides will see you given directions to pedal at specific levels of effort (translated to power), as you customize the plan’s goals alongside your measured fitness level. The iBike Powerhouse retails for $279 a pop and will comprise of the case, electronics, Powerhouse app, speed/cadence sensor, iSlim and CycleMax plans, and mounting system.
