Sony delivers Xperia S, Xperia P and Xperia U smartphones to the US

At long last, Sony Mobile Communications has delivered their Xperia NXT range of smartphones to the US, coming in the form of the Xperia S, Xperia P and Xperia U. The rest of the world has more or less gotten a good look at them for some time now, with happy owners of the respective smartphones, so to see these devices arrive Stateside is a relief to all you who have been waiting for the longest time.

All of the handsets with the prices quoted here might sound far higher than what you are normally used to, but that is because they are not subsidized in any way, coming in an unlocked form factor so that you need not get tied down to any long term contract.

The Xperia S will come in black or white shades at $559.99, while the Xperia P is more affordable at $479.99, where you can choose from silver, red or black colors. The cheapest model of the lot? The black or white Xperia U.
