It was just last week when we said that Samsung could very well unveil the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 at the IFA 2012 in Berlin this coming August. We also mentioned – based on the report by MK News – that the scheduled launching of the device could fall under the month of October. Today, a new report is backing up the rumors. Korean website DDaily is saying that Samsung has scheduled a new Unpacked Event this coming August 30 at the IFA 2012. Merging the two reports together gives us an idea that the rumored Galaxy Note 2 could be unveiled at the IFA 2012.

DDaily added that the said event will be held at 7 PM in Berlin and that the South Korean tech giant will be introducing the said device there. It’s important to note that the first-generation Galaxy Note was also unveiled at the IFA 2011 last year in Berlin. So far, based from sources on the web, we heard that the Galaxy Note 2 will feature a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display, a 12 or 13-megapixel camera, a quad-core processor, and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. Albeit this is very interesting, let’s add a dose of scepticism to the report until we hear it from Samsung.
