The Samsung Galaxy S3 has yet to make its way to the US, but it seems that a firmware update for the international versions of the Galaxy S3 is currently being pushed out. Spotted in the UK, this update will bring the handset’s firmware up to version LF2. It will still be running on Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich since it is the latest Android available. The firmware update is expected to bring about “stability improvements”, along with freshly-baked radios and kernel, so if you’re living in UK, you can expect to receive the update via an OTA update or by plugging your phone to the computer and firing up the Samsung Kies software. No word on when Galaxy S3 users in other countries will be able to receive the update, but if you’re in the UK it looks like you’re good to go. If you guys own a Galaxy S3 and live outside of the UK and have received the update, be sure to let us know in the comments below!
