Lenovo IdeaPad U310 and U410 Ultrabooks are now available worldwide
Lenovo has just announced the worldwide availability of their IdeaPad U310 and U410 Ultrabooks, ushering in an era of thin, lightweight and extremely responsive mobile computing, without sacrificing on style as well as performance. Lenovo’s multi-faceted, global “Book of Do” advertising campaign shows off the strengths of both the IdeaPad U310 and U410, and you can be sure that you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to the number of colors you can choose from – Sapphire Blue, Aqua Blue, Cherry Blossom Pink, Graphite Grey or Metallic Red. Not only that, Lenovo hopes to capture more of the general market with an entry price point of just $800, which is pretty decent, shaving off an average of $200 from what one would normally pay.
The 13.3-inch U310 and 14-inch U410 are just 0.7-inch (18mm) and 0.83-inch (21mm) thick, and tip the scales at a mere 3.74lbs (1.7kg) and 4.18lbs (1.9kg), respectively. Despite that kind of thickness, that does not mean they are weaklings in terms of procesing power. No sir, the Ultrabook deliver an able performance thanks to a choice of 3rd generation Intel Core i3, i5 or i7 processors, delivering up to 1TB of storage space, with NVIDIA GeForce graphics as well as a maximum of nine hours of battery life (on the U410). You can also opt to have 32GB solid state drives (SSD) in order to cache data for better performance.
