It has long been rumored that Blizzard could be working on a console version of Diablo 3. While this has yet to be confirmed, it was only last month that Blizzard’s Jay Wilson admitted that while it was an idea, they were not working on anything like that at the moment. However this has not stopped a German retailer from posting a listing for the PlayStation 3 version of Diablo 3. According to the retailer, the console version of Diablo 3 will come with a “brand new feature” and is priced at a rather ominous €66.66 (~$83.27). Is this listing for real? Could Blizzard simply be misleading us so as not to ruin the surprise? As interesting as a console version of Diablo 3 might sound on paper, we doubt that will be happening anytime soon since Blizzard was not sure if the game would work in console form, so until Blizzard actually announces the game for real, we suggest taking this with a grain of salt for now.
