With 14 new Mac models expected to be introduced, it would corroborate the earlier rumors that suggested Apple could refresh nearly all of its Mac computers. So far computers due for a refresh includes the MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac mini and the Mac Pro. The MacBook series have probably been the subject of the majority of the rumors, with the iMac being mentioned several times. This leaves the Mac mini and the Mac Pro.
If you have been following the news, you might recall that the Mac Pro has yet to be updated since two years ago, thus making it a pretty good candidate, although the recent shortage of Mac Pro stock would also help fuel the speculation. Based on that list, the parts identified as “K5BPLUS” supposedly refers to the new Mac Pros while the rest remain unclear at this point in time. Is this list for real?
It certainly does corroborate earlier rumors, but with rumors being what they are, we suggest taking this with a grain of salt for now. After all WWDC will be taking place next week so we guess we don’t have to wait much longer before all is revealed! Be sure to check back with us then for all the details.
