Featuring a 4.6” HD Reality Display with the Mobile Bravia engine, the Xperia GX will pack a 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor under its hood, 16GB of internal storage, a 1,700mAh battery along with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box. It will also sport LTE connectivity which means that either AT&T, Verizon or Sprint will be your best bet if and when the device arrives stateside.
It also appears to have done away with hardware buttons leaving it with a pretty sleek-looking front. It will also pack a 13MP Exmor R camera sensor with “stacked” technology. Supposedly this will provide users with enhanced low-light performance amongst other things. In any case be sure to check back with us at a later date, maybe some time in July for updates on the availability of the Sony Xperia GX stateside.
