One of the cooler and more interesting features of Blackberry 10 would be its on-screen keyboard. Different platforms have taken the on-screen keyboard to different levels and there are a variety of different ways that these keyboards can help “predict” our words. For those who might have missed out on Blackberry World, the Blackberry 10 on-screen keyboard basically inserts predicted words on the keyboard frets between the rows. If that is the word you want, you can simply swipe upwards to have it inserted into your message. While we’re sure that it will most definitely take some getting used to, it looks like iOS developers have taken that concept and have since created a tweak called Octopus Keyboard that offers something similar to iPhone users. Developed by Marios Hros, the Octopus Keyboard appears to be in its alpha stages and will be arriving on Cydia 20th May. No word on pricing just yet but you will need a jailbroken iOS device if you wish to use this tweak. In the mean time you can check out the video above to see the Octopus Keyboard in action.
