Featuring a 4.5” HD IPS LCD display, the OT986 will pack a 1.5GHz TI OMAP 4460 chipset under its hood along with a PowerVR SGX540 GPU and 1GB of RAM. It will sport a 5MP rear-facing camera, a 2MP front-facing camera, 8GB of internal storage, support for HSPA+ and will run on stock Android 4.0 with the use of soft keys as opposed to physical ones. If this reminds you of the Galaxy Nexus, you can’t be blamed. It is expected to retail for 2,000 yuan (~$314) although a cheaper version with 4GB is expected to be made available as well. No word on pricing for that though.
Next up is the Motorola RAZR HD which features a 4.3” qHD display, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM, an 8MP rear-facing camera with 1080p Full HD video capture support along with a microSD card slot for memory expansion. It too will run on Android 4.0 and will also feature the use of soft keys in favor of physical ones. No word on pricing or availability just yet.
