Verizon rolls out more 4G LTE coverage to new and expanded markets
While Sprint has yet to get their own LTE network off the ground, and with AT&T rolling out LTE coverage at a rather slow pace, it certainly looks like Verizon has them beat as the carrier has recently announced a slew of new markets that will receive LTE coverage and markets that will be receiving expanded coverage. This would bring the total markets covered by Verizon to a whopping 44 this time around. It certainly looks like both AT&T and Sprint have their jobs cut out for them if they are hoping to play catch-up.
