Since game publishers have denied Fargo and his team the finances and backing to make the game happen, he has decided to turn to Kickstarter for help. Putting the game up for pre-order at $15, and offering additional rewards for anybody who pays more, the Kickstarter project will need $900,000 in order to proceed. The Kickstarter page went live yesterday and it has already received over 50% of its funding, largely thanks to 5 backers who have pledged $10,000 each so far (one of them being Razer’s CEO, Min-Liang Tan).
