Nokia rumored to be working on QWERTY Windows Phone

Yesterday we reported that according to rumors, Microsoft is allegedly testing dual-core Windows Phone devices, and it seems that not only is there the possibility of seeing a dual-core Windows Phone by the end of the year, but there is also the possibility of seeing a Windows Phone with a QWERTY slider keyboard as well, or so a more recent set of rumors are claiming.

According to the rumors, Nokia is said to be building this QWERTY Windows Phone and it is being targeted at business users, much like the Nokia E6, and will sport a Blackberry-esque design. There have existed QWERTY Windows Phone handsets in the past, such as the Dell Venue Pro and the HTC Arrive. However both phones feature slideout keyboards, while the rumors are saying that this rumored Nokia device will be a candybar phone instead.

It should be noted that one of the minimum requirements set by Microsoft for Windows Phone devices is that it has to feature a minimum display resolution of 480×800, which has us wondering how exactly will this device look like if it were to be released.
