Google reportedly in talks with other carriers for Google Wallet partnership

While Google itself is a pretty big name, it seems that if they are looking to get their mobile payment services, Google Wallet, up and running, they might need more carrier partners other than Sprint. According to reports, it looks like Google might just be considering that and are reportedly in talks with the other major carriers about a possible partnership where Google Wallet’s mobile payment services could make their way onto AT&T’s and Verizon’s phones.

In order to make this an attractive offer to the other carriers, it seems that Google is considering sharing the revenue made from Google Wallet with them according to sources who allegedly have knowledge of the ongoing talks. In any case, if the reports are to be believed, we have to wonder how ISIS feels about Google attempting to sway their partners over onto Google’s side especially since ISIS had originally formed partnerships with AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon while Google chose to partner up with Sprint instead.
