If you cannot a super car in real life, or an exotic ride that will run up to more than a cool million, then you are better off at just drooling pictures of it online – or perhaps, to start the hobby of collecting model cars in the coming years. Well, perhaps there is another route that while it might not be that cheap, you can be very sure that it will be nowhere near as expensive as an actual supercar. Enter the Traxxas XO-1 remote control car, where it will cost you a whopping $1,150 (which is what you can spend on a really old pickup), and its main selling point would be being the world’s fastest remote controlled vehicle.
Capable of hitting a top speed of 100mph, not to mention hitting 60mph from a standstill in just 2.3 seconds, I would advise you against “driving” this in areas that are extremely tight and have plenty of obstacles. The aerodynamic body helps it hit such speeds in so short a time, not to mention being aided by a big block brushless motor. Any one willing to blow a hole in their bank account to drive home the Traxxas XO-1 remote control car?
