Both headphones will also sport NoiseGard 2.0 technology, which reportedly will be able to cancel out up to 90% of background noise. Both headphones will also feature a push-to-talk external microphone, and it seems that if the device they’re paired with does not support Apt-X, the audio will be reverted to standard Bluetooth audio quality instead. The MM 550 will be the higher end of the two and will come with SRS WOW HD that will help boost the bass and create a surround sound effect.
The Sennheiser MM 550 and MM 450-X are expected to be made available in March this year, but unfortunately no word on pricing just yet.
