It was speculated earlier on that Samsung might just roll out their Galaxy Note last Sunday as a “revolutionary” device, and this prediction hit the nail on the head – with the Samsung Galaxy Note making an appearance in the first ever Super Bowl ad from the South Korean technology giant this coming February 5th. According to Todd Pendleton, Chief Marketing Officer for Samsung Telecommunications America, “During the past six months we’ve launched the Galaxy S II, Galaxy Nexus and now the Galaxy Note super phone in North America bringing unparalleled innovation to the marketplace. The Galaxy Note ushers in the era of truly personalized communications, allowing people to capture, share and create like never before.”

Hopefully with all the millions poured into the Galaxy Note’s announcement and release in an ad that most other advertisers would kill for, it will be able to create such an impression in viewers that those will be translated to sales figures. Perhaps what Samsung needs is a wardrobe malfunction of sorts for America’s most viewed event each year, from the technological aspect, in order for the Galaxy Note to break out across the country.
