As far as its specs are concerned, LG Optimus 3D Cube will feature a glasses-free 3D IPS display measuring in at 4.3”, a dual-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz, a 5MP rear-facing camera that is capable of capturing both 3D video and still images, 16GB of internal storage, NFC capabilities and will feature “LG Tag” stickers that can be configured to automatically change the device’s settings. It will also come with Android 2.3 Gingerbread preinstalled, and no word if and when it will be updated to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
The Optimus 3D Cube has also undergone a weight loss and is now measuring in at a much thinner 9.6mm. The device is expected to be released on SK Telecom in Korea some time later in March, but unfortunately LG did not mention as to when it will be making its way stateside or the rest of the world. We expect more details to be revealed at MWC 2012, so check back with us then.
