Much like the Orange Santa Clara, the XOLO X900 is based on an Intel reference design which features an Intel Atom Z2460 processor and HSPA+ connectivity, courtesy of the Intel XMM 6260 Platform. Due to the XOLO X900 being based off the same reference design used by Orange for the Santa Clara, the specs of the XOLO and Santa Clara are virtually identical.
This means that users can expect a 1.6GHz processor under the hood, a 4” touchscreen display, a front and rear-facing camera with the latter sporting an 8MP sensor capable of capturing up to 10 pictures per second, and will also come with support for HDMI, NFC and HD video playback. No word on pricing, but the XOLO X900 is expected to be made available in India come early Q2 2012.
