It’s only been a few weeks since the first downloadable content for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 was released for the Xbox, and it looks like it’s almost time for the next one. Today on the official Modern Warfare 3 blog, Activision announced the second DLC that will be available for the game. This time around, we’ve got a multiplayer map called Overwatch.
The map is said to resemble a construction site atop a New York City skyscraper, with battles taking place over two levels in a near symmetrical layout. Users will have to watch where they’re going as one single misstep could mean a 70 storey plummet to the ground below. In addition to announcing Overwatch, Activision has made known the names of what we’ll be getting in March: a map called Black Box and two new spec ops missions: Black Ice and Negotiator.
Overwatch will be released to Call of Duty Elite Premium members on February 21st.
