With the 8GB model, users can expect read/write speeds of up to 100/20Mbps, while the 16GB model will feature 140/40Mbps read/write speeds instead. Apart from its speedy USB 3.0 transfer speeds, the Transcend Jetflash 780 will also sport an interesting checkerboard design and will measure in at 70mm x 21mm x 8.1mm and will weigh a mere 7grams.
If you’re interested in picking up one for yourself, expect the Transcend Jetflash 780 8GB model to set you back €15 (~$19), while the 16GB model will go for €25 (~$32). At the moment it seems that the flash drives are available in Europe and no word if and when Transcend will start making them available for the rest of the world.
