The LG Spectrum will feature a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 4G LTE connectivity, a 4.5″ 720 x 1280 display (Real Stripe pixel arrangement), Android Gingerbread, 8-megapixel rear camera, 1.3-megapixel front facing camera, 4GB of internal storage, 16GB microSD card pre-installed, mobile hotspot for up to 10 devices, 1,830mAh battery, and Bluetooth 3.0. There is no mention of its rumored global capabilities though.
The phone will also come preloaded with HD ESPN Score center content, Netflix HD, HD video editing tools and Swype. The phone is expected to cost $249-$299 with a 2-year contract and is scheduled to arrive on January 19th.
Sounds like one beast of a phone if you ask me, and one of LG’s best phones to date. Verizon has yet to officially announce the device, so we may see it at CES next week, stay tuned.
