[CES 2012] When it comes to a high profile show like CES, you know for sure that getting everything in place can prove to be quite a challenge, and all parties from PR firms to the product company itself have plenty of work to do. Griffin Technology must be pleased that their offerings have managed to arrive at CES 2012 on time – with the Woogie App for iOS which is capable of generating authentic, interactive faces for the plush toy, while there is also the small matter of a missile-launching HELO TC remote-controlled helicopter that will play nice with both iOS and Android devices. Of course, to top it all off, there is a universally compatible version of the original HELO TC as well.
Both the HELO TC and Woogie were some of Griffin’s best sellers during the 2011 holiday season, so it is nice to see more support given to those. As for the HELO TC Assault, you can live out your own imaginary covert missions, with half a dozen live-fire missiles to annoy everyone around you with. These missiles will launch with a single tap on the touchscreen display of your phone, so choose your target carefully, aim, and fire away! No idea what will happen to you once you run out of ammo though – best to play this when you’re leaving the office for home then.
